Can I view all assigned issues directly from the problem ticket?

Using the
Support Problems or the
Support Wish List tools select the ticket that you would like to view.
Under the conversation thread and above the ticket response form you will see a list of all Associated Tickets, which you can use to quickly view any associated issues.
