Why am I not receiving system emails?
Kinesto sends all system emails -- like password resets, form notifications, and workflow rule emails --  from this hostname:Hostname:
I reset my password, but I didn't get the reset email!
If you reset your password but haven't received your reset email check your spam folder.

What are administrator users?
Administrators are users that are able to access your Kinesto workspace and require a subscription.

Billing


What is a billing cycle?
A billing cycle is a period of 30 days (for monthly plans) or 360 days (for yearly plans).
When will I be charged?
You are officially charged at the end of your billing cycle.
What happens if my payment details are not on file or my payment fails?
Workspace renewals are processed on the first day of the new billing cycle (30 days for monthly plans, 360 days for yearly plans).
Do you offer discounts?
We offer 20% discounts to non-profit, charity organizations.
Does everyone using my Kinesto account need to be on the same plan?
In order to provide the most seamless experience possible, Kinesto builds all of its features in very deeply at the Account level.
Where can I get a copy of my invoice?
Kinesto will email you a copy of your invoice each time your payment information is processed.
How do I update my billing information?
Kinesto will allow the account owner to update their billing information at any time.
How do I cancel my account?
Kinesto will allow the account owner to cancel their account at any time.

You can quickly revoke user access by navigating to your existing administrators or website users and selecting their profile and opening their profile.
What if a person already has an account with Kinesto and is invited to another workspace?
When somebody gets an invite and they have an existing account they will gain the ability to view your workspace with their existing credentials.
