How do I manage ticket properties?

Using the Support Tickets tool select the ticket that you would like to modify. Using the ticket response form you can update the Priority, Department, Issue Type, Sub Issue Type, Status Code or the current Problem or Wish List ticket that the ticket is assigned to.
