How do I reply to a support ticket?

Using the Support Tickets tool select the ticket that you would like to submit a response to.

The ticket view will allow you to review information at a glance including when the ticket was opened, the department, ticket status and a thread of all entries for the ticket. The original ticket submission will also include details of the users machine including current browser, operating system, if JavaScript or Cookies are enabled and other details to start answering their questions with knowledgeable information.

Using the easy to use WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor that operates like the text editors you are already used to you can quickly provide a ticket response.

You can also update the Priority, Department, Issue Type, Sub Issue Type, Status Code or the current Problem or Wish List ticket that the ticket is assigned to.
