How do I create a new knowledge base category?

You can quickly and easily create new knowledge base category using the Knowledge Base Editor composition tool.

The Title serves as the name of your category. The description allows you to give an overview of the contents of the category. Finally, a drop down is available to assign the category to a parent category.
