Can I establish ‘drip campaigns’?

Automation is a driving philosophy behind Kinesto and drip campaigns provide an excellent example of this. By establishing communication templates you can quickly create campaigns that allow you to follow up automatically after first contact, an opportunity is created or even following lost deals.
 
  1. Navigate to the Communication Campaigns tool and edit an existing campaign or create a new campaign.
  2. Select the frequency at which the campaign should run. Several options are available between daily and yearly or you can just send it once.
  3. Choose an embargo allowing you to queue campaigns ahead of time.
  4. Select your target CRM group and/or apply filters to send your campaign to the exact recipients your looking for.
  5. Define the Message Subject if email recipients will be included.
  6. Create a custom campaign using the editor or select an existing template using the drop down directly below the editor.
  7. Using the toggle switch select if Email should be delivered.
    1. You can also define a custom From name and address by selecting the options.
  8. Using the toggle switch select if SMS should be delivered.
    1. You can also define which available SMS number should deliver the message by selecting the options.
  9. Click Submit
