Create a Campaign

When you use Kinesto's Campaign tool to create a campaign, you'll select a campaign type, add a group, filter recipients, choose a template, and add your own content.

Create a Campaign
1. Navigate to the
Campaigns page.
2. Click
+ New Campaign in the upper-right corner of the screen to create a campaign.
3. Input your Email subject, description, define campaign as active or inactive, frequency of distribution, embargo date and time and configure advanced settings from the available filters.
4. You can use the template drop-down to prepopulate the message body or begin editing your message from a blank slate.
5. Choose how your campaign should be delivered. Using the toggle please select if both SMS (text messaging) and Email should be distributed with the current campaign.
5.1. You can also define what email address and name you would like displayed on your emails. Click on the Options link and the additional fields will appear.
All HTML is removed when sending SMS text messages and plain text is only delivered. While we do our best to format the plain-text, we highly recommend keeping SMS campaigns short and sweet!
6. When you're finished, click the Submit button.
